The Bulgarian National Statistical Institute Increases the Quality of Its E-services

The Bulgarian National Statistical Institute launched a project dedicated to “Improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses, establishment and implementation of clear, credible and unified procedures for development of electronic services through the implementation of a system for quality management according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard”.

The duration of the project is 18 months and its’ budget is 350 000 BGN. The main goal is to improve the quality, transparency and reliability of services for citizens and businesses by building a system for quality management for the e-services provided by the National Statistical Institute.

The project is funded by the Operational Program “Administrative Capacity”, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

Acta Verba has been chosen to provide publicity and information services for the  project.

The starting press conference took place on July 15, 2014 in Sofia and gathered representatives from key national IT media.
