CLICO Bulgaria: The Most Common Cyber Attacks Are Dynamic and Automated
You can protect yourself by building a VPN with two-step authentication and increase the end-user device security
“The companies nowadays focus on cyber security and how to protect their data,” said Aleksander Stamenov, Country Manager at CLICO Bulgaria, in an interview for TV EVROPA. In the Business Daily show he explained that cyber threats are very dynamic and are not targeted. “They are automated and contain multiple items.” We can’t count on an ordinary antivirus solution that scans malicious files on our computers. The most common cyber attacks target the way our machines work. “It takes a robot to protect us from robots,” he added. In his words there are three main must-do things to protect our business in the most efficient way:
- VPN
- Two-step authentication
- End-user device security
Stamenov pointed out that in these trying times the cybersecurity sector is going strong and adjusting well to remote working. He added that because 80% of the companies don’t have their own cybersecurity teams, they have to follow the advice of the experts. CLICO has been on the market for almost 30 years and is offering solutions with a focus on security, networking and management along with technical and sales support.
