Paysafe Bulgaria Donates Computers to Local Schools

Ongoing Commitment to Digital Inclusion & Talent Development in Bulgaria

Paysafe Bulgaria will donate over 200 laptops to 11 schools by the end of 2017.

The company will donate computers to 11 schools providing students from the districts of Vratsa, Kardzhali, Haskovo, Stara Zagora and Montana with the opportunity to learn and work on education-orientated Acer laptops. The schools were selected based on the need of better equipped technical bases.

Paysafe Bulgaria, recently ranked by Capital 100 as the largest software company in Bulgaria, is donating laptops worth 100,000BGN as part of a digital inclusion programme which aims to provide chances for a better education and life.

“Thanks to Paysafe’s donation, our students will acquire significant digital skills which are really important in today’s information society, especially for students from computer science courses. My colleagues and I truly appreciate Paysafe’s support. We believe that every good deed is rewarded,” said Krasimira Kamenova, School Director at Professional High School of Construction, Architecture and Geodesy “Prof. Arch. Stefan Stefanov” in Montana.

This donation is not the first time the company has invested in young talent. Paysafe Bulgaria also offers six-month long paid internships for aspiring Software Engineers, providing intensive learning and skill set development for young people aiming for careers in technology.
