We Organised DevReach 2012 & 2013

DevReach 2012 and DevReach 2013 international conference organization and management: end-to-end outsourced project management.

Main responsibilities:

  • General conference setup, end-to-end planning and management;
  • Marketing and promotion (creative social media marketing, sourcing and direct marketing, PR, user groups and communities, etc.);
  • Sponsorship development – sourcing, recruitment and on-site support;
  • Organization of the speakers and sessions selection process;
  • Vendors selection, contracts negotiation and management;
  • Budgeting & spend management;
  • Content structure, design & creation for the website and other promotional materials;
  • Onsite event management & coordination;
  • Post-conference feedback analysis.

Some results for DevReach 2013:

  • More than 1 000 attendees from 25 European countries;
  • 6 pre-conference workshops, attended by 100+ participants;
  • 2 main conference days and 54 sessions delivered in 6 halls;
  • 43 speakers coming from 9 countries;
  • Very positive feedback: 93% of the attendees would recommend DevReach to a friend or colleague;
  • More than doubled revenue from sponsors compared to 2012 edition; more than 6 times compared to 2011 edition;
  • Increased the revenue from registration fees by 15% compared to 2012 and by more than 100% compared to 2011.
